Join us in welcoming Cassondra Odden as the new Communications Specialist at Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC).

As the middle child of seven, Cassondra was raised in Willow, Alaska and spent much of her childhood outside, exploring and fishing with her family.

Cassondra has always been interested in the business industry – beginning in high school, she spearheaded her school chapter of Business Professionals of America and qualified each year for National Competitions in Desktop Publishing Designs. After graduation she worked and lived in Talkeetna doing Office Management for local businesses.

Prior to working for SNC, Cassondra was a Sales Assistant with Clear Channel Radio and, most recently, the Office Coordinator for a local Chamber of Commerce for almost four years.
In her spare time, she volunteers with local nonprofits, with a special interest in those that support our trails and parks. She currently serves on the Board for Friends of State Parks, Mat-Su and Alaska State Parks Citizens Advisory Board for the Mat-Su Region. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, painting, photography, hiking, camping, road trips and cabin trips.
