Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) announces a Shareholder opportunity to run for the SNC Board of Directors during the 48th Annual Meeting.
The 48th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, September 25, 2021. A total of four (4) directors will be elected for terms until the 51st Annual Meeting. This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for our Village Corporation. Candidates must be 18 years old or older by the filing date.
Interested Shareholders will need to submit a board candidate questionnaire by 4:00 pm Alaska Standard Time (AKST) on or before June 25, 2021, to the SNC Shareholder Department in the Nome or Anchorage offices. The questionnaire is available at the offices or may also be downloaded at www.snc.org.
