Nome, Alaska | June 13, 2022 – Sitnasuak Native Corporation Subsidiary SNC Technical Services, LLC (“SNCT”) announced the acquisition of Bennettsville Holdings, LLC DBA Bennettsville Printing. Since 2017, Bennettsville Printing has served as the main supplier of fabric for SNCT’s manufacturing operations and is a key textile supplier authorized by the Department of Defense to print different camouflages for
the armed forces.

Bennettsville Printing has been in operation for over 20 years providing home, industrial, and
military textile printing, dyeing, and finishing services. They have positioned themselves to meet
customer demands for quick turnarounds, and large or short runs for product development. The
acquisition of Bennettsville Printing provides a renewal in the industrial base, enhancing the
services to the Department of Defense and all prime contractors within the military industry.
