All SNC shareholders have an opportunity to run for the Sitnasuak Native Corporation Board of Directors during the 50th Annual Meeting. 

The 50th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, June 24, 2023. A total of four (4) directors will be elected for terms until the 53rd Annual Meeting. This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for our Village Corporation. Candidates must be 18 years old or older by the filing date and meet other eligibility requirements. 

Interested shareholders must submit a board candidate questionnaire and letter of interest by 4:00PM Alaska Standard Time (AKST) on or before March 24, 2023, to the SNC Shareholder Department in the Nome or Anchorage offices. The questionnaire is available for pick up at both SNC offices and available for download at www.snc.org.
