Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) announces a Shareholder opportunity to run for the SNC Board of Directors during the 49th Annual Meeting.
The 49th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, June 25, 2022. A total of three (3) directors will be elected for terms until the 52nd Annual Meeting. This is a leadership opportunity to get involved in the decision-making process for our Village Corporation. Candidates must be 18 years old or older by the filing date and meet other eligibility requirements.
Interested Shareholders must submit a board candidate questionnaire by 4:00 pm Alaska Standard Time (AKST) on or before March 25, 2022 to the SNC Shareholder Department in the Nome or Anchorage offices. The questionnaire is available at the offices or may also be downloaded at www.snc.org.
