Mailed proxy packets include a proxy card, business reply envelope to cast your vote by mail (no postage necessary), the Notice of the 50th Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement, E-Voting Instructions, Proxy Prize Flier, 2022 Annual Report and 2022 SNC Trust Report.

For those who opted in for digital delivery this year, you can now access your Annual Meeting materials online via the MySitnasuak Shareholder Portal or on SNC’s online voting portal (sncvote.org).

Please read all the information provided and vote your proxy. All valid proxies submitted by the deadline of 5:00 P.M. AKDT June 9, 2023, will be eligible for a chance to win Early Bird Proxy Prizes.

The 50th Annual Meeting of Shareholders is scheduled for Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. AKDT, in Nome, Alaska at the Nome Elementary School. Registration will be open from 8:00 A.M. AKDT until 11:00 A.M. AKDT. Shareholders can join us in-person or online by viewing the live stream on our website at snc.org. We encourage those who will not be attending in-person to submit their questions online to questions@snc.org by 5:00 P.M. AKDT on June 21, 2023.
