Proxy packets for the 51^st Annual Meeting of Shareholders have been mailed.  Mailed proxy packets include a proxy card, a business reply envelope to cast your vote by mail (no postage necessary), the Notice of the 51^st Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Statement, E-Voting Instructions, Proxy Prize list, and the 2023 Annual Report and Trust Report. 

Those who opted in for digital delivery can now access their Annual Meeting materials online via the MySitnasuak Shareholder Portal or on SNC’s online voting portal (sncvote.org). 

All valid proxies submitted by the deadline of 5:00 p.m., AKDT on June 7, 2024, will be eligible for a chance to win Early Bird proxy prizes.  

All proxies for the Annual Meeting are due by 5:00 p.m., AKDT on June 19, 2024.  All valid proxies received by the deadline are eligible to win proxy prizes.
