Sitnasuak Native Corporation (SNC) will remain closed to public access through May 31, 2020.

According to CEO Charles E. Fagerstrom, “The extension of the public office closure supports ongoing social distancing and wellness of our employees, Shareholders, customers, and partners during this COVID-19 pandemic.  We are planning to reopen our SNC Nome and Anchorage corporate offices on June 1st with new health and safety measures in accordance with guidance issued by Federal, State, and local agencies.”

Although the SNC Nome and Anchorage offices are temporarily closed to public access, our team of employees continue to work remotely for supporting business operations and delivering services with our Shareholders.  The public office closure helps to reduce the spreading of the COVID-19 virus.

Bonanza Fuel, LLC

Bonanza Fuel, LLC has also temporarily closed public access until May 31st and customer appointments are scheduled as necessary on a case by case basis.  Phone support (907-387-1201) and a payment/request drop box (located at 214 Front Street 2^nd Floor in Nome) is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. AKDT Monday through Friday.  Email orders and requests can be sent to customerservice@snc.org.  After hours fuel orders can be placed at (907) 304-2086.  We recognize the essential fuel service Bonanza Fuel, LLC offers to the community.

Nanuaq, LLC

Nanuaq, LLC has also temporarily closed public access until May 31st and customer appointments are scheduled as necessary on a case by case basis.  Phone support (907-387-1201) and a payment/request drop box (located at 214 Front Street 2^nd Floor in Nome) is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. AKDT Monday through Friday.  Email requests by tenants for maintenance or building assistance can be sent to customerservice@snc.org.  We recognize the essential maintenance and building services Nanuaq, LLC offers to tenants.  Tenants are encouraged to practice safe health guidelines and social distancing during in-person maintenance tasks.

Bonanza Express

Bonanza Express store hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. AKDT daily.  The gas and diesel pumps are available 24/7 via credit, debit and fleet card payment.  Phone support is available at (907) 387-1241 or email requests can be sent to expresscustomer@snc.org.  We recognize the essential products and gas/diesel service provided by Bonanza Express with the community.  Customers are encouraged to practice safe health guidelines and social distancing when entering the store and shopping.

Nome Outfitters

Nome Outfitters store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.  Phone support is available at (907) 387-1219 or email requests can be sent to expresscustomer@snc.org.  Customers are encouraged to practice safe health guidelines and social distancing when entering the store and shopping.

Sitnasuak Financial Services, LLC Subsidiary and Companies

Sitnasuak Financial Services, LLC including the companies of Fidelity Title Agency of Alaska, LLC (main phone 907-277-6601) and Mat-Su Title Agency, LLC (main phone 907-376-5294) are open with limited public access.  Customers are requested to schedule appointments and will be asked to follow safe health guidelines with social distancing during meetings and property closings.  Curbside closings are available to support social distancing measures.  Email orders and requests can be sent to Order@FidelityAK.com.
