Properties

Sitnasuak Properties, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary and holding company for our real estate and rental properties with three business units: Nanuaq Development, LLC; Kiska Properties, LLC; and Nanuaq, LLC.

Nanuaq, LLC was incorporated in 1991 to own and operate residential and commercial real estate properties. Today, the company leases 52 residential apartment units on a long-term basis in Nome, Alaska. For an apartment rental application, click here.

The company also leases office and retail spaces at the Nome Anvil City Station, Nome Sitnasuak downtown office building, and the Nome Sitnasuak heavy equipment maintenance and mechanic shop, and lots for storage and/or parking.
